The Edgewater is a motel that is operated by swingers.  How it
works most of the time is just like a regular motel, but several
times a year they have swing-style parties there.  As with most
swing-style parties, you usually need to be a couple or a female
to gain admittance, but I think they may have some that are
explicitly open to single men.  The motel has a central courtyard
that cannot be seen from the outside, and on the nights when they
have parties, I guess they don't rent rooms to anyone else, 'cause
they just take the whole place over for the party: the central court-
yard becomes clothing optional.
